FRANCHISEES: Most certainly! Once you have become a site owner, we give you our personal email addresses which you can use for technical, sales, marketing or any other type of support you may need. We can't guarantee 24/7 because even we need to sleep sometimes, but we will get answers back to you as soon as humanly possible.

Yes, we are always willing to offer discounts for up-front payments. If you choose to pay quarterly in advance, we will reduce your costs by 5%. Six months in advance will give you a 10% reduction, and one year in advance will bring you a massive 15% off.

Under certain circumstances, YES. Once you pay the commitment deposit (currently $550.00 or $697.00) we first of all determine the population of the area that your portal will cover. This will determine your total cost or your future monthly payments which we will agree with you. Until that point is reached (usually within 24-48 hours), your commitment deposit is 100% refundable. Once we have agreed the figures with you, we commence building your web site, and the payment is not refundable.

FRANCHISEES: Yes, it's perfectly genuine providing you keep your part of the bargain! We offer to refund 110% of all regular monthly inscriptions that you pay (so that excludes the $697.00 commitment deposit) if, after one year, you have not made a profit from your local portal. Naturally, this is not available if you simply sit there and do nothing, so we would expect you to demonstrate to us that you have followed all the steps that we detail in our training pages. Fair enough?.

OWNERS: The answer is the same as above except that we also would require you to demonstrate that you have made no changes to the functioning of the web site. Also, like above, it would exclude the $550.00 commitment deposit.

OWNERS: Yes. We install our programming on your domain (which we can host for you for a small monthly charge). You have a single license to use our software (one domain only). Any changes you may make to the software or website are done at your own risk.

FRANCHISEES: Once we have agreed your monthly investment with you, it will only ever change if you choose to expand your territory and take on a larger franchise. Otherwise you will be "grandfathered" at the current rates, and that's why it's so important to make the decision today because our charges are definitely going to increase as we fill more and more areas.

All web sites are constructed to be able to offer PayPal and 2Checkout payment gateways. These are the two most popular and versatile gateways on the web today. You will need a PayPal business account (free) and a 2Checkout account ($49 once-only charge). We fully automate the payment process for you so that all monies go direct into either of these accounts

No. It's your business so you do exactly as you please. However, we very strongly recommend that you follow our training pages closely. John was a senior marketing manager for Rolls Royce for many years and Graham has very considerable online experience and is well known as a successful internet marketer. That combined knowledge, plus the experience of other franchise partners means that we are in a unique position to guide you towards success.

Two factors affect the earnings potential...
(1) The size and type of area you choose. The greater the population, the bigger the earning possibilities (so don't be afraid to expand your horizons). Clearly highly-populated urban areas will outperform sparsely populated rural areas.

(2) Your willingness to build the business. A "typical" area of about 150,000 population should eventually earn the site owner in excess of $100,000. Does this happen immediately? - Certainly not. It takes time and dedication, but it's a target to work towards - and then you can expand your area (as long as adjacent areas are not already taken).

OWNERS: Theoretically, no, but we would probably offer some form of discount to an existing customer.

No, but it will be easier for you if you are nearby because you may wish to talk face-to-face to local business people about advertising on your site. However, most marketing can be done without face-to-face meetings, so living in the area is not essential.

The short answer is that you can't stop them! However, when we set up a web site, we include a specific list of search locations (towns, villages etc) which are exclusive to YOUR area. Naturally, therefore, people in those areas who want to sell their property are going to be more likely to advertise on your web site than on your neighbor's. But there's no accounting for human nature and we can't impose rules on free people, so there's no cast-iron guarantee that people from another area won't come and advertise on your site because it's more successful than your neighbor's!!

Read the training pages and start preparing to launch your business! There are many activities that you can start on straight away so that you're ready to launch your site and earn money as soon as we unwrap it for you.

No, there are no location limitations at all. However, websites are (for the moment) only being produced in English, so probably launching a site in China would not be an attractive proposition. North America, Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand are prime areas. Our medium term plans are to make sites available in Spanish and French.

Old age is a state of mind, not a limitation! If you have the energy and determination, your life experience will be invaluable ... and you'll have something to leave your kids!.

FRANCHISEES: Whether it's modifications or improvements, we fully support every web site at no extra cost... forever

OWNERS: For modifications and improvements that we have opted to undertake ourselves, your web site would be fully supported. However, since we cannot determine what may happen to your hosting company, any upgrades they make to their servers that require us to make modifications will be charged for.

FRANCHISEES: Not recommended! We have built simple customizations into the web site dashboards. These can change things like headers and menu colors. Complicated customizations are not included. We do give you access to the server-side, but strongly recommend that you keep changes to a minimum since there are many complicated and interactive scripts working in the background. (While we're always happy to assist with minor modifications, our monthly subscriptions do not include for major web site changes)

OWNERS: Because it's your web site, you can do whatever you want. However, we would make the same recommendations to you as we do above.

You are NOT in competition with Real estate agents! On out home pages, we make a point of saying the following... "We do not compete with local real estate agents, we understand that their services are valuable and that they offer a range of products that we do not. Likewise, we have expertise in Internet technology and marketing and are able to fill the void that real estate agents leave behind as they concentrate on marketing in their world using their particular expertise. So why not get the best of both worlds?"

When we point out to Real estate agents that we can bump their properties right to the top of the Search Engine rankings (CLICK to see proof) they quickly realize that we have expertise that they lack. They also understand that, by using that expertise, they can sell more properties!

First of all, we are a member of E-Trust-E, an Internet monitoring system where you the customers grade the integrity of our sites. Secondly, our Directors have been active on the internet since 2002 and have had ZERO problems in that time. Thirdly, we're just two nice guys!!

In a word ... "No". we have spent two years building some fairly intelligent software, testing it, then beta testing it. It is THAT that we duplicate and amend to suit YOUR region/town and to suit YOUR payment details, location etc. We then 'individualize' every site with YOUR site name and neighborhood lists. We also recommend that you add individuality by getting your own page headers etc.

We're not trying to build an empire of 'clones'. we want your web site to be as individual as yourself (within the parameters of question 29 "Can I access the server and change stuff?").

FRANCHISEES: As long as we receive the agreed amount each month, we have no problem with you assigning the site to somebody else.

OWNERS: It's YOUR site. You are free to do with it as you please. The only condition is that your license to use the program is for one domain covering an agreed geographical area. The new owner must accept those same conditions.
